Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Team

 

My Samsung printer with the latest firmware is unable to keep its Wifi connection active.

 

1. It has the latest firmware.

2. I have tried resetting the printer and router.

3. Setting DHCP

4. Setting Static IP

5. Setting Address reservation on the router via MAC address.

6. SMTP on or off

7. Turning off power save

The only way I can get it to stay on the network is to ping it every 5mins, from a mobile device network tool

This is basic functionality, HP support has no idea, If remove the power cord it pop back up on the network.

 

Please can HP provide me with a product that works?

What happens if you log on to your router after 10 minutes of the printer being inactive? Is it lost from a connected devices list?

Can you PING it from a computer and/or mobile device after 10 minutes is there a difference?
