Samsung Xpress SL-M2830 Laser Printer series
macOS 10.12 Sierra

My client had the M2830DW connected to his wifi and everything was fine.  We got a new router, and now we cannot connect the printer to the new network.  I tried EVERYTHING.  Direct wireless setup, USB Cable setup, WPS setup with and without PIN, turn off/back on, unplug/replug - you name it, I tried it.  Printing the configuration page shows that the printer SEES the new network, but it also says Not Connected.

Nothing in the 200+ PAGE MANUAL says how to restore the printer to the default settings.  On pages 107 and 118 of the manual, there's a reference to "Clear Setting" in relation to network setup, but there are no instructions on how to do that.

Please help!!!
