ML-1915
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My usually reliable laser toner ML-1915 has developed a problem that makes it unusable.

It powers on fine and starts to run the heaters / motors etc, then cuts out completely after 2 or 3 seconds.

I've tried unplugging and power it down etc.

If I catch it before it shuts down, - I can hold down the round button with the triangle on it, and the power stays on with one of the leds blinking rapidly green and red (the power hen won't turn off until unplugged!).

The PC recognises device buy says it's offline.

Mystified!

Any advice welcome, thank you.

Jon
