My printer has stopped working, possibly because of the most recent Windows 10 update, but not sure about this. The printer still works fine when printing from other computers (both a Mac and a PC).
Spent tons of hours over last 2 weeks to try to fix, to no avail. Windows troubleshooter doesn't fix the issue and HP Support Assistance doesn't find the printer.
If someone could help me troubleshoot the error that would be greatly appreciated.
