Hi

 

I have an Samsung ProXpress C4060FX (From 2017) that is stuck in the "Loading" when booting up. I have left it for 24+ h but nothing. I can't access the recover, I have the message"not getting up_connected status from printerinfo".

 

I dont know what do it

 

Someone could be help me?

Likely either a corrupt interface or failed hard drive. You will need recovery files to reset and possibly a new hard drive.
