Hi everyone,
I am using a Samsung C4060FX, which currently only functions as a copier via the scanner. Printing from a USB stick or from a connected PC does not start.
This issue began after installing a new hard drive and formatting it using an image via USB provided by this support forum .
All other functions, including the touchscreen and basic device operation, are working normally.
Additionally, the system recovery interface does not provide access to information about the installed software or firmware, nor does it allow printing of device information.
The current behavior suggests that the firmware image used during the hard drive setup may be incomplete, corrupted, or not correctly matched to the device model. Core system components (such as the print service and firmware information modules) appear to be missing or non-functional.

Firmware Update Solved the Issue.
Thanks to Repairatrooper
Ultimately, the problem was resolved by installing the latest firmware version provided by the manufacturer. Once the update was applied, all known issues ceased, and the system has remained stable since.

I have tried the firmware update. The machine will not take a fresh firmware load.
I was hoping you have the software tool to format and load the hard drive.
In some previous posts there were several people with the same issue, and you had said you would send the info on how the format and reload the hard drive
