Microsoft Windows 11

Hi MS Support helped me getting the printer to handshake with my Surface Pro 11..The problem is that when I go to print the printer just prints a series of characters at the top of the page and will continue to print until the rem of paper runs out..Also in Control panel the SCX-4623FW is not found.  Think I'm missing critical drivers. Installed the full suite of Software but it gets stuck at 60% and will not fully install..Can you please help me..

Most surface products run an arm processor which requires different drivers. Your choices are to try the HP Smart Universal printer driver for ARM processors or use a Microsoft Windows Native driver. The endless print with random characters is caused by an incompatible printer driver.
