Samsung SCX-5637FR - Fax takeover regular phone call

Hello,

I have Samsung SCX-5637FR and I have issue with fax and phone calls. After answering call and starting conversation after 1-3 minutes, fax activates and disconnect me. At that moment other side gets fax signal. This is random issue, no rule when happens. Fax setup is OK, checked a few times - setup is by the book (manual). Samsung SCX-5637FR shares line with phone using one number and answer mode is setup ed Ans/Fax.

Are you using an answering machine? If not, then you might want to try just using fax mode with rings at 5, or use manual receive mode for fax which means you will answer all calls and if you need fax you press start on the machine when you get a fax call.
