Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Encountered this a few days ago when I tried to print a couple pages. The black toner is out but I doubt that has any effect on my issue. The printer makes noises as if it's getting ready to print but it quickly comes up with an error (red light). Samsung Printer Diagnostics claims it's a paper jam in the paper tray, but there is no paper jam, it's just not picking it up and I have no idea why.

Hopefully whatever this is, it's an easy fix. The warranty expired 7 1/2 years ago.
