HP Recommended

The LCD touch panel on the printer works as the startup Samsung logo is shown, but then goes blank. Printer still functions but no touch controls on printer work.  Just prior to this happening I had an android error on a document scan. Can the printer be reset remotely as I have no interaction with the printer at the printer.
