Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is an old problem - Samsung suggests far too early to buy a new unit (the fuser, the belt or the imaging unit) - even if the printer produces flawless prints. Imaging unit is the only one that does not allow printing to continue after the "life remaining" count has been exceeded. Luckily there is a Youtube fix for that - place a 56 ohm resistor inside the image unit contacts, let it burn, remove it and turn the printer on again and the life remaining is 100 % again (no need to change the imaging unit if printing is OK). See details on Youtube.

My printer keeps on printing fine,  even though the transfer unit and the fuser give imaging counts 31938 and 31870 respectively (their nominal capacity is 20000). The only "problem" is the blinking red light.
