Please could anyone help?
I use my Samsung printer for education and desperately need it to work.
My Samsung Xpress C410W has stopped printing, and gives the message 'Replace new imaging unit'.
I have bought a new (too expensive) original Samsung R406 Imagining Unit and have inserted it following the instructions, however the printer still won't print and is giving the same message/reason.
I'm at a total loss at what to do next. I am unable to get help from Samsung as the system states I'm out of warranty.
I don't know if it's something simple to sort or not.
I'd be so grateful if anybody here had some ideas.
Thank you in advance
