Has anyone been able to troubleshoot this problem? My WPS doesn't connect to a Verizon FiOs router (Was installed in the apartment circa 2017). The printer goes straight to "disconnected" when I enter my WiFi ID. When I connect it via USB all the installs time out or I get a generalized error of inability to connect and HP's "doctor" feature is absolutely useless.

The printer was fresh out of the box and I've tried:

- Rebooting the printer, the router, and my computer

- Resetting all settings on the printer

- Swapping over to IPS v4 and v6

- Resetting after the previous step

- Uninstall and reinstall

- WPS connection attempt through PIN

- Updated all drivers

- HP's "Connection doctor" which asked to plug in via USB and subsequently has produced nothing but just that screen.

At this point, I have a wireless printer that only prints when connected via USB. Has anyone else experienced this problem and, if so, what fixed it?
