After changing Fuser the red light is still blinking. It's a shame HP dosn't help. Company Transimex WAS the only listed company in germany, they're offline. It's a shame that we - as a HP Partner - don't get help. even in my HP account i cannot find help. We just need the reset software, or the trick to reset the counters. We bought official HP-Parts at official HP-Distributors, after changing the red light is still blinking

The software for resetting the fuser is available only for authorized service centres, not available to the public.

Yes, i know, but in the whole germany there is exactly one company listed - and they are offline!? And we are HP Partners, so it's really a shame what they do. I also contacted the telephone support - no help 😞
