Product: Samsung Xpress SL-C430W Color Laser Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, my Samsung Xpress SL-C430W printer status led is flashing red.

Printer status page says my transfer unit life is 2% (119600/20000) even though total impression counter is 4757 color prints.

I've managed to replace the transfer unit but counter still is stuck a 2% and keeps flashing red.

How can clear the flashing red led?

HP Recommended

You need to have a service software for resetting the counter, only authorized service center has it, it's not public available.
