Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Although printer prints are correctly positioned, copies are shifted to left about 3 cm. cannot find any setting to fix this or to reset the printer to factory settings.

Any help?

Finally found correct way to enter "Tech Mode": "Press “Menu > Back > Left > Right > OK > Stop” on the control panel continuously." from service manual.

Instructions from Internet were: Press “Menu > Back > Left > Right > OK > Stop >OK > Menu".

That did not work

So I managed to reset all values and now also copies are correctly positioned.
