Product: Samsung Xpress C480W
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

When I attempt to print from a Macbook, iPhone, or iPad (all updated), the printer screen says "Printing" and it stays frozen like that until I have to turn off the printer or press "cancel' in which it then stays frozen on "Cancelling". When I print directly from a USB, the only thing printed is nonsense line on the top (I have attached a photo of what is printed). The devices and printer are connected to the same wireless internet connection. I have tried to reconnect and restart the connections multiple times.
