Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

During a 74 pages print job, after page 62 all pages are white. After that all printing gives white pages.

At copying it also gives white pages.

At printing a report from the printer control panel, it works, but prints only the black (all colour are missing). 

No error messages on the printer, nor on my connected PC.

Total number of printed pages are about 3000.

Latest firmware are installed on the printer

 

The serial number of the printer are not accepted as a serial number when I tried to register it on the HP Support page.
