Product: Samsung Xpress C480
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello,

 

due to the new macOS Catalina I had to download the latest printer driver and scanner driver.

I could install successfully the printer driver but failed with the scanner driver. Whenever

I tried to install the scanner driver the system told me, that "This software needs to be updated..."

and aborted the installation. 

 

I have executed in the subfolder ScannerDriver/MAC_Installer/MAC_ICDM/ICDM.pkg. Apart from this I did not see any Installer file.

 

I'm looking forward desperately for your help.

Same problem here with a MacBook Pro Late 2013 after the Catalina update. Prining only possible via AirPrint. The regular driver from the HP website is not working. Strange thing: my MacBook Early 2016 works fine with the printer and scanner.
