Hello,

since a few day my Samsung Xpress M2675 says "Scanner locked"!
I have tried to reset this message with "stop/delete Button" and disconnect the Power, but ..... the same message.
When i look in the Power Up Process on another Samsung Printer, i can see light in the scanner
and some movement - my scanner will not do this - no light, no movement.

Has this Printer a manual Lock-Button that block the movement?

There is no lock on this printer model, you might have a defective scanner part ( CIS)  part number: 0609-001409

What is 2nd Samsung you have maybe they use the same CIS so you can swap for testing purposes?

Thanks for the answer!

The second Samsung MFP is the same machine.
I try to change this part, for to be sure that the scanner lamp is the defectiv part.
i give a feedback
