Xpress M2875FW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just moved back in Japan from Singapore/Malaysia and tried to use this Printer(Xpress M2875FW) to see the error #U1-2330 which says "Turn off then on". I bought this in Singapore and was working well before in Singapore/Malaysia, however, in Japan, I could not make it with the error.

Some google results say that replacing fuser might help, but...

1. I could not find how to find to order this parts (and not sure is that the issue or not)

2. Wondering if the voltage difference might cause this issue? (220V in Singapore/Malaysia, 100V in Japan)

Can any1 help me out with this issue? Thanks in advance.
