Samsung C410W laser printer
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I run a Macbook Pro with MacOS 10.12 in a home office setting connected via home hub to a wireless Samsung c410w colour laser printer.

The printer has worked fine up until recently when it developed a bizarre fault.

If printing a document with 'colour' (not greyscale) selected in the print options the printer goes through the motions, makes all the right noises, tries to pick up paper 3 times from the tray and finally gives up with a paper jam error. No paper has been taken from the tray.

Print exactly the same document with 'greyscale' (not colour) selected in the print options and hey presto, printed page appears no issues.

This seems like a printer driver error but uninstalling and reinstalling latest driver does not fix the problem.

Any suggestions/ideas?
