HP Recommended

I have a samsung C430w printer that is asking for the transfer unit to be replaced.

I have replaced with a new transfer unit from HP, but the count has not reset.

I've read somewhere that this can only be reset by an HP engineer with software only available to them?

Is this true?

Is this not a consumable item?

Where can I get the software please?
