HP Recommended

The disk drive died on my Samsung c9352 printer.  The printer is not recognizing the  .EHD disk image file on the USB.  The printer just says "file not found in USB".   Perhaps I don't have the correct .EHD file?    Anyone have the file or any other ideas?   Thanks
