Product: Samsung CLP415N
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Samsung CLP415N used to work wirelessly.

Recently it has developed an unreliable wireless connection disconnecting and reconnecting approximately every 10 seconds. This of course makes printing impossible and the printer eventually produces 11-1112 time error code.

 

The printer has a fixed IP address

Bidirectional support is unticked

The printer work fine when connected with a USB cable

 

Any suggestions as to how to make this wireless connection stable gratefully received

I did. Thats how I got here.

I have been through the process again and arrived at

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Wireless-Networking-Internet/Samsumg-printer-connects-disconne...

which looks broadly the same place and asked the question again

 

If I should not be there, where should I ask the question?
