Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi guys,

Where do I get Samsung printer support for a printer these days? The serial number on my printer is not recognised by HP serial search.

I'm going around and around in circles not able to actually get assistance with my issue which is a firmware upgrade issue, details as follows:

Samsung Xpress C1860FW

Error: UI Communication Error
The machine should be restarted for recovery.

UI Firmware upgrade was complete unsuccessfully!!

Please upgrgde UP Firmware again for recovery

 

I have attempted to complete the firmware
