Hi All

My Samsung proXpress c2670fw is a fantastic machine, it scans, prints, copies in great color and sharp finish. It laser, duplex .... all I need.

 

BUT some time ago it stopped powering down and the display froze to only show the Samsung logo.

I could live with that since it still printed and fulfilled my needs.

 

There has been problems in paradise. I have had to reset printer and PC when the paper drawer has been open. I regularly shake the toner cartridge.

Now our good relations has come to an end. It stopped printing. As in nothing.

 

I hope someone in our community can help.
