Product: Multi Xpress x4220rx

Hi there

 

I am in the need to download the HDD recovery files for the above machine, a colleague of mine encountered an issue with the machine and decided to switch off then on again and now it comes up with hdd error. formatting doesnt work, repair says it works but it just reboots and comes back with the same error

unfortunatley they didn’t work, the first link got to about 20% then the machine showed replace the hdd, the 2nd file wasn’t recognised, maybe I did something wrong, I’m not sure as I followed the instructions.

 

i tried another hdd (a standard SATA HDD), and it got to around 25% but still failed and showed replace the hdd.


rather than buy a new hdd we are going to recycle the machine as the price for the hdd isn’t far off what we paid for the machine.
