Product: Samsung xpress M2875 FD
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello everybody, 

Samsung M2875 FD doesn't install scanning driver. Driver was downloaded and "installed" from the website but the scanner isn't working. Indication that the driver has not been installed from samsung printer diagnostics and failure of installing the driver from there too. 

Note I have tried to windows 7 and windows 10 64bit. 

Please help!

I would sugest you to use this software for both cases:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SS/SL-M5270LX/WIN_EDC_V2.02.53.exe

 

You just need to installed Samsung Easy document creator and run it, make sure that you add the device on the software first  by clicking on the magnifying glass once you have the software open.
