Is Eagles repair an authorized HP business? I did a dive chat with the HP virtual assistant and they said they could not help me but would have a technician call. A couple minutes later we got a call from. Eagles repair we believe they were connected with HP because we were referred to them by the chat. They worked on our computer and said we had Trojans that they would have to remove. And then, we ended up buying a five-year program from them for $1000. A couple hours later we decided to check on that company and we found out that they are quite possibly a scam. That surprised us since we went through HP to be connected with them. Are they a scam?
