I search a way to use the scanning functions, that's broken many months ago, and now I need a scanner for my job.
I also download the latest drivers there:

Unfortunately them doesn't offer any help and you too. Calling directly by phone support, it was the same; no one support or answer my questions..
As an IT Administrator for work, I'm very surprised and disappointed for this lack of support in any way I try. So, for next purchases for my home or job, will not be HP devices. This is not the way to support a customer. Bye.
