Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a Samsung CLX-3185FN and I want to use the scan to email function.

I configure the SMTP server on Network Setction (Syncthru) and the test in this page is ok, I receive the test mail but when I want to scan a document it not work. The printer not start to scan document.

Can you help me?

Please someone can help me?

All settings are good but the scanner won't to work in scan to email.
