Stampante Samsung C480. La stampante funziona lo scanner funziona solo su PC (windows) vecchi ormai inutilizzabili. Sui nuovi PC dopo l'installazione di tutti i driver disponibili sul sito è impossibile utlizzare lo scanner, il messaggio di errore è sempre 'installare il driver correttamente', non ci sono indicazioni su come risolvere il problema

I have the printer c480 XPress Samsung, I substituted the old pc windows 7 with the new one with windows10.
there is no way to have the scanner working. I have installed all the suggested drivers from Xp site but the scanner is not working anymore. When I try to scan a document the message is that the driver is not correctly installed. I tried also to uninstall everything and reinstall from scratch but nothing is changed. The printer works without issues. Thanks for your indication. Kind regards. Renato. Ps also the automatic process to check the issues failed
