Samsung SCX-5935NX Laser Multifunction Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have multi platform (Windows Linux and Mac)  printing to an SCX-5935NX

All devices previously were printing, but now I can only print reliably from Linux.

I have also had very bad luck using the non PS drivers they seem to be less reliable than the PS drivers.

Linux

2 separate installs.

These both work without issue even when the others do not.

I have a Raspberry Pi that I installed by extracting the PPD from Linux x86 driver then uploading that PPD into Raspberry Pi CUPS interface (postscript)

I have an install of Linux Mint 20.2 Uma that has the Samsung Universal Linux driver installed on and I use the PS driver.

MacOS 10.15 (current updates)

I had planned to test drivers from older versions of MacOS but Mac OS 10.15 prompted to to install driver that was available from Apple when Printer was detected.

Printing suddenly has stopped working (using PS driver) I can see the print job go to the print Queue and then it says it is sending to printer

Also tested with Generic Postscript driver I get "Printing - Idle. Printer is ready to Print" then status bar goes to Max and no print job appears on printer.

I can print from either Linux install when this happens

scanning seems to always work.

Windows 10 x86-64 (current updates) all using PS driver

Was printing with the drivers just fine . Windows at one point informed me of an updated driver. That driver was installed but I think I saw this problem before that new driver

Windows reports "door open" but no door open indicator on printer display.

I can print from either Linux install when this happens

scanning seems to always work.

I have a second  Windows 10 x86-64 install on another system that scans a lot and never has issues with scanning but I have seen printing issues on that as well.

I have a third Windows 10 x86-64 install on a Laptop that I do not print much from , so I have not seen the issue there.

Does anyone have any ideas?
