Product: Samsung Easy Document Creator
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

We are from the Microsoft Office Application Compatibility Lab team. We are verifying the compatibility between Office Application and Samsung Easy Document add-in.

 

The problem is that after click "E-BOOK" for several times, the Word will be no responded, and it will be closed incorrectly.

And also, QA engineer team found that the crash happened in EDCSkin which library is located under add-in installation folder "SamSung\Easy Document Creator".

 

The issue can repro on: Windows 10_64 bits (Office 32 bit) and 2016 server 32bit machine.

 

Could you please let we understand what might be causing this? Or could you please clarify if this is a known issue or there something we did wrong?
