Samsung Xpress C480FW "jam in exit area." I have tried to remove paper after opening the front cover. Gentle pulling didn't work.  Accessible paper all ripped off.  Much paper behind rollers but can't access.

You will probably have to remove the fuser to get the jam out. Look online for a service manual or check YouTube.
