I am trying to get a new game. But i need storage. But the thing is, is 95% of the storage being used is by the computer. So i have to have it on the computer for the computer to run right. Or i cant delete it. Please if you have any sugestions let me know. thx. The computer is a hp envy 360.

With no information on your computer, the only advice would be to either upgrade your harddrive or get a secondary harddrive.
