HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a PC with WIN7,  both Printers worked perfect. I added two additional PCs with Win10(X64) and installed the drivers.

Now the printers are permanent offline on all three PCs.

One is connected via LAN, the other uses WiFi

I already deleted the printers an tried a reinstall but the Setup Software didn't find any printer.

However, the printers answer to ping requests and the SyncThru Web Service can be opened in a browser.

Checking the printer ports, e.g. 9100 shows that the accept connections.

Samsung Printer Diagnostics finds the printers but can not identify them.

Any idea how to proceed?

I thought of doing a factory reset but it seems that function is not available.
