Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

 

A Network Configuration Page lists important network settings such as network status and the printer IP address.

Press the Wireless button and the Information button at the same time.

Both a Network Configuration Page and a Wireless Network Test Results report print.

Note:  in the "section 802.11 Wireless", look for IPv4, IP Address, it should say something like 192.168.xxx.xxx
