HP Recommended
Product: Samsung SCX-3400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

When I print the whole page it is printed but only in very small print on half the page

Check the cartidge. 
Check if theres no paper stuck, that could obstruct the laser path. 
Can you provide a printout? 
A picture of your toner cartridge?

Just a electronics enthusiast trying to fix everything.
