Operating System: Chrome OS

Problem based on Samsung print-related software using Hp-related Applications!

Path: Email or document displayed on Samsung tablet with presently installed Canon Print App and Canon Print Service App.

Final stages of printer set-up showing printer's detail display looking for Samsung/Hp Print App ... not Canon due to use of Samsung tablet! Note: Samsung has given print-related software Apps responsibility to Hp!

Is there an established Samsung-Hp Wi-Fi path between a Samsung tablet and a printer (Canon or similar) via  wireless router?

Please advise.  Tnx.

Hi,

Hae you made sure that only the Canon Print app is enabled and any other is disabled?

 

From your Android device, open its settings and click the search icon.

Type print and locate the Print Options (its name varies on different devices, loof for any print settings), make sure that only the Canon plugin is disabled and check for any difference.
