Hello. I got this printer Samsung CLX-6260FW. From  some time the logo was frozen on display but still i could print on it. but few days ago died completly with that logo on display and refuze to print . so i check online for some answers. found few: the microSD card failure, firmware failure . I verified that card and indeed was gone. so , i change that one and try to start, same problem: logo on sceen and ..dead. i try to upgrade firmware. i got a message kinda pc can`t comunicate with printer. so i tried several options including that one from hp site. finnally i got a message: is no firmware present to upgrade.

my question: how i can re-install firmware to operate my printer?
