Product: Samsung MXpress SL-X4220RX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't contact support. The printer prints colors incorrectly. printing only the sigils colors black and yellow are perfect, while cyan and magenta have this defect. I would like to know which parts I need to replace. The printer is just one year and 3 months old. Always used original toner.
