hi all i have been tring to update my printers firmware but it is asking for a passward know to my knowledge i have not set one up.

is there a default passward or a way to factory reset it.

thanks for any assistence that you give.

If you are trying to update the FW from the SyncThru Web Service and that is the web page asking for the password try this:

 

ID: admin

Password: sec00000
