how can i access to hp's ftp server please

Hi:

 

Sometime last year, HP removed all public access to their ftp server.

 

You need to know the Softpaq file number you need and then change the link like this...

 

Old:

 

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp32001-32500/sp32211.exe 

 

New:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp32001-32500/sp32211.exe 

 

But you can no longer access any of the FTP directories or list of Softpaqs like we used to be able to do.
