Hi,  We have an x7400lx that just started exhibiting issues with initializing, during startup. 

 

System gets to mid 80% then forces a shut down. 

 

I was able to run a disk check and message is " hdd check failed please check sata connection or replace hdd."

 

According to the manual, I need the files in this zip on a usb drive.

X7x00_series_V11.01.09.01_FS_V15.02.06.23.15.HDD.zip

 

Can anyone help?
