HP Recommended

my printer stopped working so i need to replace the Hard Drive but i dont have the recovery file and i cannot access to the following link ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SS/HDD-UI-Recovery/ that is on the manual, is there a way to download this file? thanks.

Due to changes in security for the FTP site, you can no longer browse the site and hence the reason you cannot access the file. I have escalated your post to the moderators in the hopes someone can provide you with the link.
