pink and yellow horizontal lines (dots)

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased my printer  5 months ago and did not do alot of colour printing. I am still using the toner that came with the printer.  Recently there are thick horizontal lines (pink and yellow dots) when printing in colour.

 

I have re-installed the  driver, but the problem persists , I also took the toner cartridge out and inserted it again

If the toner cartridge you are using is genuine, we would request you to contact HP contact centre and they would assist you for further diagnosis
