Product: Samsung CLX-4195FN Color Laser Multifunction Printer
Operating System: iOS

hi everyone,

 

the problem is that when i print in colour, the printer prints on both sides colours without that being ordered. We already cleaned the printer a view times but it keeps happening. maybe somebody reconises this problem or has a idea?

Can you please provide a picture of the printouts?
Are the toner cartridges original or aftermarket/refill ?

That looks definitely like the cyan toner cartridge issue. 
Is it a refilled cartridge? 
Replacing the Cyan cartridge should resolve your issue.
