Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bonjour,

J'imprime rarement avec cette imprimante mais j'en ai besoin actuellement (format A3).

L’impression est très mauvaise. Il y a peu de couleur et les noirs sont gris.

J'ai donc changé les 4 cartouches mais rien n'y fait.

Y a t’il un entretien à faire régulièrement ou l'imprimante est elle en fin de vie?
